I'm Pratyaksh, a self-taught product designer with about 2.5 years of experience. I didn't start in design. In 10th grade I got into Android ROM development, modifying the OS itself, and stuck with it until 2021. Then came a B.Tech in CS.

I came back to it in 2023, but from a different angle. What I enjoyed wasn't the code, it was seeing a change I made land in how something felt to use. So I opened Figma and learned by building, entering hackathons and picking up a design award along the way.

Around then I was working with OnePlus, leading the pre-release evaluation program for the Nord CE4 and CE4 Lite launches (video) and contributing to Quick Settings and Live Alerts on OxygenOS. After a short B2B stint and some Web3 work with Catoff Gaming and Mintair, I graduated in 2025 and joined Goodfit.

At Goodfit I helped take an AI talent-screening platform from a hacky prototype to a real product that's run hundreds of thousands of assessments for enterprises like Tata Capital and Bajaj Capital. It's where it sank in how much making interfaces feel brainless matters for non-technical users. When someone screens hundreds of candidates a day, the friction you remove is the actual work.
