# Pratyaksh Mehrotra

> Pratyaksh Mehrotra is a product designer from Calcutta. He works on product, visual, and marketing-site design. Available for remote and on-site roles, Monday to Friday, and open to relocate. He started work in 2024 at 株式会社キャリアサバイバル (Career-Survival) as a UI/UX designer on internal tools for Japanese hardware companies.

He joined CatOff Gaming next, a remote Bangalore-based startup in web3 gaming.

At Mintair, a web3 startup, he worked as a product designer and did a lot of visual design as well. He designed social campaign assets in the brand language; those campaigns took followers from 30,000 to more than 70,000. He also designed their platform and developed his visual skills there.

At Goodfit, an AI B2B HR-tech startup in Bangalore and part of SpringWorks, he designed the whole product from scratch. When he joined, the product was basically nothing. About a year later, more than 100 companies were using it, including Tata Capital, Bajaj Capital, Pine Labs, Asian Paints, and Lenskart. He also redesigned the Goodfit marketing site, which increased inbound calls and received praise from people in the industry.

On contract, he did product design on Quick Settings for Oppo / OnePlus. He also worked with Trench, a web3 DEX at https://trench.ag, which later raised $100,000 in its pre-seed round.

He is currently at DashX, a payments platform, redesigning the whole platform and the marketing site.
